At the San Francisco Math Circle, we make math accessible, inclusive, and fun!
The SF Math Circle is an extracurricular math enrichment program that helps students to develop their mathematical thinking skills in a supportive, collaborative, and fun environment. In our after-school classes and camps, we promote positive attitudes towards math and learning through engaging, hands-on puzzles and games that involve both creativity and critical thinking.
We’re hosting a FREE Get to Know SF Math Circle Day on Saturday, November 13 where 2nd-8th grade students can attend a Virtual Math Circle class and see what it’s like!
2nd-3rd grade: 10:00-10:45am
4th-5th grade: 11:00-11:45am
6th-8th grade: 1:00-1:45pm
(All times are Pacific Time. Registration is open to everyone, regardless of location.)
In these online classes, students will explore one of our activities together in small teams of 2-4 with facilitation and support from an instructor.
