Eugene Math Circle

The Eugene Math Circle at the University of Oregon is a program for grade school students who enjoy math, like solving challenging problems and want to learn exciting topics that are normally outside the school curriculum. The Math Circle leaders are members of the Mathematics Department. In the Spring 2021 the Eugene Math Circle will be taught online due to continuing outbreak of Covid-19. All classes will be meeting weekly via Zoom. Of course, we won't be able to replicate the full Math Circle experience online (in particular, the interactions between the students will be limited), but we are confident that the students will continue to learn new ideas and benefit from the experience.
