Tulsa Math Teachers' Circle

TMTC: The Tulsa Math Teachers' Circle (http://tmtc.utulsa.edu)inaugural meeting was held in October, 2013. TMTC is a collaboration of middle school/high school math teachers, mathematics professors from The University of Tulsa, college math students and other professionals from the Tulsa area who are interested in math education. We meet from 6:00-8:00 P.M. in selected months. After a light meal, a topic in mathematics is explored through problem solving and discovery. Groups work together and persevere to solve fun math problems. Teachers like that they get to be the student and think deeply about math for a change.

During the summer we host a three day intensive immersion workshop. We have way too much fun solving math problems facilitated by experienced Math Circle leaders both locally and from across the country.
