The goal of the Math Circle is to help students to perceive the beauty
and harmony of mathematics through interesting mathematical problems,
games, and hands-on activities. This weekly club uses the Math Circles format from Moscow State University as a model. Themes of the Circle are very diverse and, as a rule, may not correlate with the math content students are learning in their classroom. We cover, for example, such topics as invariants, divisibility, logic, probability,
combinatorics, induction, graphs, topology etc. We solve problems interactively, students learn how to build logical reasoning.
The attendance is free.
